Everything Is Easier Once You Know How
Ready to start seeing the results you want?
I offer two types of training courses. Procurement Masterclasses covering both the public and private sector and how to write a successful Innovate UK application.
How do procurement processes work?
Learn how to win your first Public Sector and Private Sector contracts through a practical, hands-on masterclass designed for ambitious SMEs and growing businesses. We’ll explore what buyers look for in a strong response, how to position your offer clearly and credibly, and how to navigate the language, expectations and processes behind successful bidding. You’ll gain practical insight into developing compelling answers, avoiding common mistakes, and building confidence in competitive procurement environments.
I run this masterclass throughout the year as tailored 1-2-1 sessions for SMEs, as well as group programmes and cohort workshops for accelerators, business schools and innovation programmes. Please get in touch to discuss the right format for your organisation and upcoming availability.
“Hannah ran a public sector workshop with myself and my team to get us familiar with the terminology, the process and where to find tenders. Hannah is really knowledgeable and made the session both fun and informative, we look forward to working with her again.”
How to write a winning Innovate UK grant application
Showing you the content you need to include for each question, how best to structure your answer, what to include in your appendicies and what assessors like to see in your project.
I deliver this training as tailored 1-2-1 support for SMEs, as well as cohort programmes for accelerators, universities, innovation hubs and business schools.
The course is also suitable for organisations looking to build an in-house grant writing capability or train teams to write grant applications on behalf of clients and partner organisations.
“Hannah delivered an informative and engaging session on Innovate UK applications for the University of Hertfordshire. The session was aimed at both early career researchers and experienced academic colleagues, and covered each element of the Innovate UK application process. We’ve already had fantastic feedback about the session!”
